My girlfriend and I hated going to the video store, didn't like the late fees, were unhappy with the time limits on new releases, got perturbed looking for parking, and were wary of the clerks' attitude toward our selections. 

Netflix saved us from each of these annoyances and saves us money every month on rentals.  There hasn't been one problem in the last 6 months of renting through Netflix. 

In fact, one day I discovered that Netflix didn't receive a dvd that I had mailed back to them.  They have a customer service system in place that automatically trusted that I was telling the truth and there were no penalties or accusations heaped upon me. 

The best features are the ability to hold on to dvds as long as we like and to simply drop them in the mailbox in the self addressed stamped envelopes in which they come. 

It couldn't be any easier or more convenient.  Even ordering the dvds online is easy and better than shopping at a store.  The Netflix Website features reviews from other members as well as the critical reviews of some of the most astute critics in the business.  90% of the movies we've selected were amazing, based on our research.
